Internet Government–Interesting Perspective

Just finished re- watched this video on TED where Jennifer Pahlka founder of Code for America makes ponderous yet very compelling points on how active synergies between citizens, developers, and government can have a profound impact on both government efficiency as well as citizens experience ( if we concern ourselves with Developer Experience, then why not concern ourselves with Citizen Experience, which includes quality of life and livable cities among others).
