Error faced while developing in SharePoint 2013

After I successfully installed SharePoint 2013 and Visual Studio 2012 Release Candidate (RC) version, I thought I was set to explore the world of development for SharePoint 2013. But I was wrong, because when I tried creating a SharePoint project in Visual Studio 2012 I received the error shown below:

Through this blog post I am going to explain how to overcome this error. The reason this error occurs because you have not downloaded the 'Microsoft Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2012'.
You can download the tool from: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/office/apps/fp123627

Under the Title ‘Tools’ click on the ‘download the tools’ option and run the .exe file. You will now find a new group called 'Office/SharePoint'. And you can create a new SharePoint project from here.
