.NET Framework 3.5 Beta 1 Separate Install Available
Visual Studio "Orcas" Beta 1 and .NET Framework 3.1 released back on April 19th and you can read about it on Somasegar's WebLog. Today we also released the standalone installer for .NET Framework 3.5 Beta 1. This is the same bits as were released last week we need to get feedback on the .NET Framework installer also. Please use Microsoft Connect to report any issues or suggestions.
Also on the Microsoft Connect site for Visual Studio is the Visual Studio codename "Orcas" Tap nomination form. I happen to know they're looking for a couple of more customers for WCF and WF. Check the appropriate boxes in question "15. Which Orcas Value Propositions do you expect to use" to be considered.
