I usually don't write these kinds of posts, but I have to express how amazing the next 4 months are shaping up to be for videogames.  There are a just a fantastic array of games due this season.  My preorder list at EBX reads like a confession, easily explaining why I can never save enough money to buy a house.

My Christmas list so far:

  • GTA: San Andreas
  • Warhammer: Dawn of War
  • Burnout 3
  • Halo 2
  • Fable
  • Jade Empire
  • Star Ocean 3
  • Halflife 2 (crossing fingers)
  • World of Warcraft
  • DDR Extreme
  • Rome: Total War
  • Sims 2
  • Need For Speed Underground 2
  • Grand Turismo 4
  • Shadow Hearts 2

So, admittedly, there are a lot of sequels on there.  But unlike last year's holiday season, some very prominant non-sequels will be available.  I really don't have enough free time to go around.  Soon I'll have to start figuring out what titles I'll let my roomate play through so he can relate the expereince to me second hand.

Update!  Kingdom Hearts 2 isn't out until 2005, Shadow Hearts 2: Covenant is the game I have preordered.  Rechecking my preorder recipts, I find that I actually missed a couple things.
