Silverarcade:

Silverarcade is a great source of information, the sample code works and the author, discussions are complete, which means that they make sure that everything is available for you to review. 

Just be warned, the blog referenced below does have a link to AppliedI, and it took several refreshes to get to the download, first couple of download attempts resulted in “page not found”. This is not uncommon for AppliedI.
