After investigation, we discovered some of the Technet brands was failing with a SQL timeout exception error on initiating a SQL server failover, the affected pages started rendering correctly again. We are continuing to gather telemetry to get to root cause

We are currently investigating issues with gallery.technet.microsoft.com where customers will not be able to render the pageand will see an error message .Devops is engaged and looking into this issue
