Avast ye techie talk!

My wife, Helen, reminds me that today is Talk Like a Pirate Day. Who says so? Well, Dave Barry, for one, so it must be true. Apparently, banks and post offices in the US have the gall to remain open today, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun even if you're stuck at the office where the cannon don't thunder and there's nothin' to plunder. My personal mode of celebration involves spicing up modern techno-business speak with pirate lingo into a kind of verbal mullet... business in the front / party in the back...

"Argh, who be the driver fer this initiative? Stand ye and prepare to be keel hauled!"

"Argh, without executive sponsorship, yer project's headed to the bone yard!"

"Argh, me seen better synergy between barracuda and tuna!"

"Argh, my new fire gunwall be keepin' out the packets of suspicious origin!"

"Argh, this strategy be sub-optimal. Prepare to come about!"

Yes, it's a well known fact that pirates begin all sentences with "argh."
