Narrator announces incoming calls

In addition to displaying an incoming caller’s name on HoloLens, you can now turn on the Narrator setting to also have the caller’s name announced.

After the caller is announced, the Remote Assist user can use the “Video," "Audio," or "Ignore" voice command to reply.
