The Spring ‘18 release of the Field Service application includes resource scheduling and optimization improvements, GDPR and accessibility enhancements, and a new user experience with the application built on the Unified Interface framework. (These release notes describe functionality that may not have been released yet. Delivery timelines and projected functionality may change or may not ship (see Microsoft policy.)
