Introduction

Version 3.18113 for Power Apps Studio and Power Apps Mobile is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update. This version was first made available in preview on November 28, 2018, and completed worldwide rollout on November 28, 2018.

Fixes and improvements

  • Data Panel - Add form fields list is not sorted alphabetically - Items in the data panel were sorted by field type instead of alphabetically based on name.
  • Data: Toggling "Use Column Display Names" flag does not immediately affect app behavior - Toggling this flag should refresh the data sources so that display names are either turned on or off. However, this does not happen, meaning that the usage of display names will be stale until the data source is refreshed in some other manner (eg save-load).
  • Date Picker: DatePicker Hint Text is not editable - Surfacing a way to edit the datepicker's hint text.

  • Gallery: Scrollbars are not drawn on mobile devices - Scrollbar for Gallery control(with fixed height) is visible on web player but not on mobile players.
