Get an instance of IsoDep for the given tag.

Remarks

Get an instance of IsoDep for the given tag.

Does not cause any RF activity and does not block.

Returns null if IsoDep was not enumerated in Tag#getTechList. This indicates the tag does not support ISO-DEP.
