String

string in the RFC 3339 format.

Remarks

Return a string in the RFC 3339 format.

If allDay is true, expresses the time as Y-M-D

Otherwise, if the timezone is UTC, expresses the time as Y-M-D-T-H-M-S UTC

Otherwise the time is expressed the time as Y-M-D-T-H-M-S +- GMT
