Responds to the end of a scale gesture.

Responds to the end of a scale gesture. Reported by existing pointers going up.
Once a scale has ended, ScaleGestureDetector#getFocusX()
and ScaleGestureDetector#getFocusY()
will return focal point of the pointers remaining on the screen.
