Flag indicating that the drag was initiated with AccessibilityNodeInfo.AccessibilityAction#ACTION_DRAG_START. When #startDragAndDrop(ClipData, DragShadowBuilder, Object, int) is called, this is used by the system to perform a drag without animations.
