Reads one input byte and returns
true if that byte is nonzero,
false if that byte is zero.

Remarks
Reads one input byte and returns true if that byte is nonzero, false if that byte is zero. This method is suitable for reading the byte written by the writeBoolean method of interface DataOutput.
