Write a portion of an array of characters.

Parameters

cbuf: Char[]

Array of characters

off: Int32

Offset from which to start writing characters

len: Int32

Number of characters to write

Attributes: RegisterAttribute

Exceptions

IndexOutOfBoundsException

if offset or count , or if offset + count is greater than the size of buf.
