Notifies the component when the host application gains or loses activation.

True if the application is being activated, false if it is losing activation.
The ID of the thread that owns the window.
true, the host app is being activated and
dwOtherThreadID is the ID of the thread owning the window being deactivated. If
false, the host app is being deactivated and
dwOtherThreadID is the ID of the thread owning the window being activated.
This method is not called when both the window being activated and the one being deactivated belong to the host app.
