[In] Boolean. Use true to turn on redrawing; use false to turn off redrawing.

Returns

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Remarks

Redrawing depends on the reference count and is done only when the reference is zero (0).
