ProvideExtensibleUIContextRuleAttribute(String, String, UInt32)

Creates an extensible rule-based UI context entry that is activated when any of the terms added by other extensions is true. The extenders would use the same GUID to create a new UI context rule with expression set to "*" to extend the rule created by this attribute.

Override the TypeID property in order to let the RegistrationAttribute derived classes to work with System.ComponentModel.TypeDescriptor.GetAttributes(...). An attribute derived from this one will have to override this property only if it needs a better control on the instances that can be applied to a class.
