Gets the position of the top of the underline stroke relative to the baseline.

Remarks
Negative - underline should be drawn above baseline.
Positive - underline should be drawn below baseline.
Zero - underline should be drawn on baseline.underline position, or 0 if cannot be determined.
null - does not have an UnderlinePosition.
