Writes an Int32 into a span of bytes, as little endian.

Public Shared Sub WriteInt32LittleEndian (destination As Span(Of Byte), value As Integer)
Parameters
- value
- Int32
The value to write into the span of bytes.
Exceptions
destination
is too small to contain an Int32.
Remarks
Writes exactly 4 bytes to the beginning of the span.
