## Definition

Divides two specified Decimal values.

#### Parameters

d1
Decimal Decimal Decimal Decimal

The dividend.

d2
Decimal Decimal Decimal Decimal

The divisor.

#### Returns

The result of dividing `d1` by `d2`.

#### Exceptions

`d2` is zero.

The return value is less than MinValue or greater than MaxValue.
