Modifies this configuration element object to remove all values that should not be saved.

Parameters
- sourceElement
- ConfigurationElement
A ConfigurationElement at the current level containing a merged view of the properties.
- parentElement
- ConfigurationElement
The parent ConfigurationElement, or null
if this is the top level.
- saveMode
- ConfigurationSaveMode
A ConfigurationSaveMode that determines which property values to include.
