This method is not supported by the Windows token role provider.

Parameters
- usernames
- String[]
A string array of user names to be added to the specified roles.
- roleNames
- String[]
A string array of role names to add the specified user names to.
Exceptions
An unsupported method was called.
Remarks
This method is not supported by the WindowsTokenRoleProvider class and always throws a ProviderException.
