The zero-based index at which style should be inserted.

style: Object

The Object to insert into the IList.

style is already assigned to another owner. You must first remove it from its current location or clone it.

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the TableLayoutStyleCollection instance is cast to an IList interface.
