2019 Year-End Changes - RELEASED

  1. W-4 form change for 2020 -Changes for Employee Self Service W4 form and Cards | Payroll | Tax window

  2. No W-2 or ACA form or EFW2 electronic file changes

  3. No Payables form changes

  4. Fixed Asset Luxury Auto Depreciation changes

  5. New 2020 tax tables published based on 15-T (Releasing mid December 2019 in TX.CAB file)
    -Including New Head of Household Status, Standard and Multiple Jobs withholding tax tables

Installation Instructions

  1. It is recommended to have a working backup of the following items before applying any patch file:
    • DYNAMICS database
    • All Company databases
    • Reports.dic - export the reports through Customization Maintenance (Tools | Customize | Customization Maintenance)
    • Forms.dic - export the forms through Customization Maintenance (Tools | Customize | Customization Maintenance)
    • eConnect PRE and POST Procedures if customized.
  2. Download and review the documentation.
  3. The Year-End/Tax Update is inclusive of all previous hot fixes, service packs, and year-end downloads.
