This release further improves the integration with Power Virtual Agents by including suggestions for the best topics to automate based on a number of factors related to the topic. These factors include the topic's overall impact and the channels where customers typically engage.
These suggestions will appear on the home page of Customer Service Insights as a separate card, with links to the details for each topic.
Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights works better with other business application products, and in this wave of updates, you'll also see improved integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Common Data Service platform, and others based on customer requests.
