Suspend leave for employees meeting certain criteria

Organizations need to follow regulatory policies related to leave accrual when employees are on certain types of leave. For example, if an employee is on unpaid leave, they should no longer be accruing annual leave. By providing an automated way for accruals to be suspended when an employee is on a certain type of leave, human resources no longer has to manually update leave balances or enrollments.
Organizations have policies around when employees should and shouldn't accrue leave. In some cases, this means an employee's leave accrual is suspended for a while on a specific type of leave.
Suspending leave includes the following:
- Define start and end dates for leave suspension.
- Prorate accruals based on suspension dates.
