Business value
Today we have a care team viewer that allows care coordinators to view care team members and how they are associated with the patient. This control also allows for care team members to be contacted via email, phone, or Microsoft Teams. The functionality of care team collaboration will need to be extended to provide a more concise way to view and collaborate with care team members and also associate this care team and the collaboration with a care plan if necessary.
Feature details
Care team members need the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively around a patient’s care. The collaboration and communication capability needs to include the following functions:
- Ability to perform a virtual call.
- Ability to share files.
- Ability to chat among the care team.
- Ability to be associated with a patient and care plans if necessary.
