Business value

Leveraging our current Patient 360 capabilities within the Care Management app, we will look to fold these into the patient view that is shown during a virtual visit within Microsoft Teams and also provide a queuing mechanism for on-demand virtual visits. This will provide a concise view of the patient that will include clinical, demographic, CRM, insights, and Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) data in Patient 360 within Microsoft Teams.

Feature details

As a caregiver enters a virtual visit, they will have the ability to get a contextualized holistic view of the patient within Microsoft Teams that will also provide the following functions:

  • Queuing mechanism for entering visit
  • Care Plan Development tool
  • Care team collaboration
  • Patient timeline
  • IoMT readings
