This feature will provide core differentiation from competing products by allowing Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management customers to collaborate using Teams in the context of Intelligent Order Management.

Feature details

This feature provides Teams integration by:

  • Allowing Intelligent Order Management entities to be exposed in Teams contextually.
  • Enabling seamless collaboration between multiple stakeholders (customers and suppliers) using Teams. The feature can also capture order details in these cases.
  • Enabling seamless collaboration between multiple stakeholders (customers and warehouses) using Teams. The feature can also capture fulfillment details in these cases.
