Version: Available or changed with runtime version 1.0.
Gets or sets the value of the attribute.
Syntax
[Value := ] XmlAttribute.Value([NewValue: Text])
Note
This method can be invoked using property access syntax.

An instance of the XmlAttribute data type.
[Optional] NewValue
Type: Text
The new value of the attribute.
