Visit Microsoft Virtual Academy for short introductory eLearning courses about our major products. You don't need to log in to learn, but if you want to track your progress, you'll need to register and sign in with a Microsoft account.

OpenEdx is the MOOC platform that Microsoft Learning has adopted.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 MOOC courses are designed to build introductory knowledge and learn the first key functionalities in Dynamics 365. These courses are appropriate for first-time Dynamics 365 users, new professionals, and students. Registered users build their Dynamics 365 skills through videos, scenarios, customer success stories, and hands-on course activities. The courses are available until October 2018 and are being offered free of charge.

We provide eLearning and certification preparation guides for Dynamics 365 customers, as well as downloads of some older instructor-led training materials.

Dynamics 365 partners

We provide eLearning, videos, level 300 in-person course offerings, and certification preparation guides for Dynamics 365 partners, as well as downloads of some older offerings.

eLearning and instructor-led courses

The primary access point for learning for Dynamics 365 partners is the Dynamics Learning Portal. The Dynamics Learning Portal provides resources such as PowerPoint decks, video scripts, videos, practices, and test-your-knowledge questions. You can also sign up for level 300 in-person course offerings.
