This article lists features that are new or changed for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources version 10.0.32. This version has a build number of 10.0.1515 and is available on the following schedule:

Benefit bulk update page redesign This feature simplifies the benefit administrator's experience by adding various data pivots, optimizing the data organization on the page, and adding the capability to perform quick bulk validations and actions. Preview
Benefits compare selections This feature provides the capability to perform quick validations by capturing the changes in the benefit plans selections, coverage options, coverage amounts, or dependents, and beneficiary information that has changed since the previous period. Preview
Allow proration for benefit plan contributions The feature provides a configuration option to enable proration of employee contribution amounts (for Savings and FSA benefits) for the available pay periods, up to defined maximum annual contribution. Preview

Configure required attachment for leave requests This feature helps organizations determine when an attachment is required while a leave request is created. For example, depending on the leave request type, an attachment might be required when a leave request is created, updated, or canceled.

Features turned on by default in this release

The following table lists the features that are turned on by default or are now mandatory in version 10.0.32. Most features that have been turned on automatically can be turned off in Feature management. In the future, some features that have been turned on automatically might be removed from Feature management and will become mandatory. This change is made to ensure that customers are using current functionality. In this way, as enhancements are added, they can build on the current functionality. Features will never be automatically enabled in less than one year, unless they're determined to be essential.
