Public Preview: Overview of Unified Service Desk performance report user interface

The report you launch in the Unified Service Desk Performance Analyzer opens in a web browser. Also, you can access the performance report using the Copy report folder path option in the performance analyzer tool and pasting it in the File Explorer address bar.
The landing page of the performance report displays the following:
Report location: The location where the report is stored in your computer.
Report area: The operation details for various category and details like, timeline graph, table, are displayed in this area.
Left pane: The left pane holds the Home, Report comparison, Performance report for all sessions, and individual reports.
Home: Use the Home button to navigate to the home page of the report.
Report comparison: The tab provides the comparative analysis all the operations from different reports for each percentile.
Performance report for all sessions: See the details of the common operations and percentiles for different categories of all the sessions across the other reports.
Individual reports: See the details of the operations, percentiles, action, and time taken for the different methods in the form a timeline graph and table.
