Use this form to view and maintain item cost records for a specified costing version, effective date, and site.
As part of data maintenance, you enter pending costs for a purchased item, calculate pending costs for a manufactured item, and activate pending cost records. When a pending cost record is activated, the status of the record is changed from pending to active, and the effective date is changed to the activation date. This form displays pending cost records and active cost records on separate tabs. Multiple cost records for an item might reflect different costing versions, sites, effective dates, or statuses.
When you open this form from the Costing versions form, you can view and maintain all the item cost records in a costing version.
You can also use this form to view and maintain information about item sales price records and item purchase price records in a costing version.
