(IND) View TDS payments and transactions posted for a TDS settlement period

Click General ledger > Setup > Withholding tax > India > Withholding tax settlement periods.

Click Withholding tax payment to open the Withholding tax payment form and view the TDS settlements made for a specific TDS settlement period.
You can view the TDS settlement information such as the date range of the settlements and the withholding tax payment version on the Overview tab in the Withholding tax payment form.
You can click the following buttons in the Withholding tax payment form.
- Withholding tax transactions - Opens the Withholding tax transactions form, where you can view the details of TDS transactions that were settled for a specific period within a settlement period for the selected transaction in the Withholding tax payment form.
- Voucher - Opens the Voucher transactions form, where you can view the voucher entries for the TDS transaction.
In the Withholding tax transactions form, click Withholding tax components to view the posted TDS calculated per TDS tax component.
Close the Withholding tax components form, the Withholding tax transactions form, and the Withholding tax payment form to return to the Withholding tax settlement periods form.
Click New period to create a new settlement period in the Periods tab.
