Remarks

Two Swedish Customer payment formats, that is, Postgirot Autogiro (SE) and Bankgirot Automatisk avprickning (SE), are now obsolete. This script updates the CustPaymFormat payment formats, CustPaymModeTable methods of payment, and CustPaymModeSpec payment specification tables to remove references to these obsolete payment formats.
