Truncated method name from the allowNoDupItemLogisticAddressStateIdx index. After updating the LogisticsAddressStateId field in the TaxInventVATCommodityCode_IN table with the value of the NewStateId field of the del_AddressStateUpgrade table, the ItemLogisticAddressStateIdx index is reset not to allow duplicate records.
