Pre-sync script to allow duplicate index on the size group tables. Updates the indexes <c>groupIdx</c> in the table <c>RetailSizeGroupTable</c> and <c>SizeGroupIdIdx</c> in the table <c>RetailSizeGroupTrans</c> to allow duplicate records.
