Post-sync script to enable unique index on the style group tables. Updates the indexes <c>groupIdx</c> in the table <c>RetailStyleGroupTable</c> and <c>styleGroupIdIdx</c> in the table <c>RetailStyleGroupTrans</c> not to allow no duplicate records.
