Description

Updates the <c>PurchRFQTable</c> fields 'PurchPlacer' and 'ResponsibleWorkerId' with the worker recId corresponding to the emplId of the previous data. Updates the <c>PurchRFQTable</c> table field ExpiryDateTime with the ExpiryDate of the previous data using a default time offset.
