Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View the fixed asset depreciation book journals that are available to post.
General tab	View the selected fixed asset depreciation book journal.
Batch	Submit a batch processing job from a form.

Button	Description
Select	Open a form where you can select a query for the depreciation book journals to post.
Default values	Open the Set up posting (form), where you can indicate that journals that do not have errors should be posted, and journals that have errors should be transferred to a new journal.

Field	Description
Journal batch number	The identifier for the depreciation book journal.
Description	The description of the depreciation book journal.
Transfer errors	If selected, errors occurred during the posting process.
In use	If selected, the depreciation book journal is being used.
