Two years ago, ServiceNow IT made a plan to decommission our physical datacenters by 2022. SAP and BI applications were some critical services being migrated as part of this plan. Hear how we moved SAP and BI applications to Microsoft Azure by: leveraging automation pre/post-migration to manage workload ownerships and attributions in CMDB; utilizing AIOps workflows for anomaly detection and flag issues before causing bigger problems; and saving on cloud spend by identifying unneeded resources.
