description	itemBody	The description of this rubric level.
displayName	String	The name of this rubric level.
grading	educationAssignmentGradeType	Null if this is a no-points rubric; educationAssignmentPointsGradeType if it's a points rubric.
levelId	String	The ID of this resource.
