Set up and configure Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services

Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services includes solutions that are built on capabilities within Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. To set up and configure these solutions, you'll need to use Microsoft Cloud Solution Center. Microsoft Cloud Solution Center provides a central place to deploy and configure solutions from Microsoft, including those available as part of Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services.

Use Microsoft Cloud Solution Center for setup

Use Microsoft Cloud Solution Center to deploy the solutions.

  1. When you log into the Solution Center, you'll see the capabilities that are available to you as part of Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services.
  2. Choose the capabilities you want, and then select the solutions you'd like to deploy. You'll either be taken to a page where you can download and set up the solution or the Solution Center will guide you through the deployment process.

Note

You must be a Microsoft Power Platform admin, Dynamics 365 admin, or a tenant admin to deploy solutions from the Solution Center. You must have licenses for the solutions and apps you’re deploying. If you’re missing licenses, you’ll be notified during the deployment process.

The following solutions that are part of Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services are available to add or set up in the Solution Center:

Customer onboarding - Onboarding application Microsoft Power Platform Deploy Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services, and then Introducing the Onboarding application.
Collaboration Manager Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform Collaboration Manager for Loans requires some more setup using the Power Platform admin center. Learn how to deploy Collaboration Manager and configure Collaboration Manager.
