Parameters:

databaseName - the name of the new SQL Database

Returns:

the first stage of the new SQL Database definition

withNewDatabase

Creates new database in the SQL Server.

Parameters:

databaseName - name of the database to be created

Returns:

Next stage of the SQL Server definition
