RuleListResult interface

Result of the request to list rules. It contains a list of rule objects and a URL link to get the next set of results.

nextLink	URL to get the next set of rule objects if there are any.
value	List of AzureFrontDoor rules within a rule set. NOTE: This property will not be serialized. It can only be populated by the server.
