Modules in this learning path

Success by Design is the prescriptive guidance (approaches and best practices) for designing, building, and deploying a Dynamics 365 solution.

The Solution Blueprint workshop is part of Success by Design. This module focuses on creating the blueprint, and conducting the workshop to create it.

A Data Model workshop is part of Success by Design. This module will provide a basic understanding of data modeling for Dynamics 365, and insight into how to conduct a data model workshop.

The Integration workshop is part of Success by Design. In this module, we discuss integration strategy and how the Integration workshop will help verify that the project's integration plans are comprehensive, and will support their initial implementation and longer-term needs.

The User Experience workshop is part of Success by Design. To fully understand the workshop, you should be familiar with Success by Design.

In this module, we discuss ALM strategy and how the ALM Workshop helps verify that a customer's ALM plans are comprehensive, and support their initial implementation and longer-term needs.

The Data Migration workshop, which is discussed in this module, helps validate your data migration strategy to help ensure a successful migration to Dynamics 365.

Testing strategy, identifying gaps in testing plans, and potential risks are discussed in this module.

A security strategy is key to solutions and a Security Model workshop will help verify that the customer’s security model is comprehensive, and will support their long-term security strategy.

A solution performance strategy in Dynamics 365 is important, and we discuss it in this module. We also cover configuration and customizations, and the impact they may have on the overall performance of your end-user experience.

Go-live is the process through which the Dynamics 365 system becomes operational. It includes turning on the production environment, deploying the solution, and the onboarding of users.
