What is Apply with LinkedIn?
Apply with LinkedIn (AWLI) is a JavaScript plugin that allows candidates to apply for a job using their LinkedIn profile.
The plugin uses a LinkedIn cookie to identify the LinkedIn member and returns the candidate’s full profile information using a JavaScript call-back method. This information is then used to populate the various fields in the job application on the customer’s career site.
Implementation Timeline & Requirements
Partners must have a signed agreement with LinkedIn. To begin development, partners must have submitted the Onboarding Form (see Getting Started ) by September 1, 2018.
All development must be completed by November 2, 2018. For quality assurance, LinkedIn must certify the AWLI integration. See Certification for details. The legacy offering of AWLI, which calls the Profile API, will be unavailable by the end of 2018.
